About the AFGRI Job as Administrator Stock and Sales 2026
AFGRI is searching for candidates who would like to obtain an employment opportunity based in Centurion with a position in Administrator Stock and Sales. The AFGRI Job as Administrator Stock and Sales is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of physical stock against supporting documentation and internal systems, as well as invoicing customers in accordance with contractual agreements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of stock and sales records and supporting effective contract management.
The incumbent is required to update customer contracts once new seasonal pricing has been received and to submit contracts to clients for signature, ensuring that all signed agreements are returned within the prescribed cut-off period. Contract codes and statuses must be accurately updated and maintained on the AGRIS system, and all contract-related documentation must be electronically filed in accordance with company procedures.
The role also involves providing all relevant documentation to the line manager when accounts are handed over due to non-payment. Ongoing monitoring of AGRIS system integrations is required to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. The administrator is responsible for capturing tonnages delivered to non-AFGRI silos and reporting any non-deliveries on contracts, making necessary adjustments to contract quantities in line with company policy.
General Responsibiltiies as Administrator Stock and Sales
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and inventory balances
- Capture and process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments
- Reconcile stock variances and investigate discrepancies
- Update and manage stock and sales information on internal systems (e.g. ERP/AGRIS)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales reports
- Ensure all stock and sales transactions comply with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with suppliers, sales teams, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Verify delivery notes, goods received, and dispatch documentation
- Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and sales support administration
- Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, and stock availability
