About the Role
Badger Holdings is looking for energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Contact Centre Agents. In this role you will support our motor accounts team by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with motor dealerships nationwide.
- Act as the primary contact for dealerships, answering queries and resolving issues.
- Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls to the dealer network.
- Identify and solve dealer challenges with confidence and care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable speaking with a wide range of personalities.
- Goal‑oriented, resilient, and persistent – you don’t give up when faced with a “no”.
- A genuine passion for people and service; a love of cars is a plus.
- Previous customer‑facing or account management experience is desirable but not essential – we provide comprehensive onboarding.
- Tech‑savvy: proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and general computer literacy.
- Matric (high school) is required; post‑matric studies are a bonus.
