To assist in managing cleaning operations across sites by:

Duties and Responsibilities
Below are the key tasks you’ll handle in this role:
Managing Cleaning Teams
Leading staff on site
You will:
- manage cleaning teams at a site
- monitor performance and productivity
- ensure attendance standards are met
- make sure staff deliver quality work daily
This means you must be firm but fair, and able to lead without creating conflict.
Building Strong Client Relationships
Keeping clients happy
Client satisfaction is extremely important in contract cleaning. You will:
- build strong relationships with clients
- handle concerns professionally
- ensure service delivery remains consistent
A big part of your success will depend on how well you communicate and solve issues before they become big problems.
Cleaning Stock and Materials Management
Managing supplies
You will also manage:
- cleaning materials
- stock levels
- ordering and replenishment

Labour Planning and Scheduling
Using labour management tools
You will use a labour system (example: PRP) to:
