Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience working as a telecom or switchboard operator
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively
- Customer service orientation
- Document and message management skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally
- Transfer calls accurately and efficiently
- Take, record, and relay messages promptly
- Ensure the switchboard is attended to at all times
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
