What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning and executing daily catering operations and events
- Deliver professional, high-quality food and beverage services
- Coordinate daily activities with the Catering Supervisor
- Monitor risks that could affect costs or service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including:
- OSHACT requirements
- HACCP controls
- Temperature monitoring and sanitisation
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Support quality assurance across all catering processes
- Take ownership of personal skills development and growth
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience (preferred)
