Role Purpose

Deliver proactive, executive-level support to the Chairman, ensuring optimal time management, seamless coordination, and professional representation of the Office of the Chairman at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anticipatory support with minimal instruction, acting independently where appropriate
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, events, and executive engagements
  • Serve as a trusted liaison with Board members, Exco, regulators, policymakers, and senior stakeholders
  • Represent the Office of the Chairman with professionalism and confidence
  • Exercise sound judgement on escalation, prioritisation, and decision-making
  • Prepare, review, and manage high-level documentation and correspondence
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Identify and implement process, system, and policy improvements
  • Stay informed on legislation, governance, and industry developments
  • Contribute to organisational initiatives, transformation, and CSR programmes

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma (Business-related preferred)
  • 10+ years’ experience providing executive support at C-suite level (CEO, CFO, Chairman)

Preferred Qualification

  • Business-related Diploma with a strong focus on emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement
