What You’ll Do

Operate and support automated packaging lines
Perform line operations, cleaning, and housekeeping
Conduct pre-start checks to ensure safety and cleanliness
Monitor product and packaging quality; report faults
Identify process abnormalities and take corrective action
Clean and maintain machinery according to standards
Prepare and check raw materials for production
Promote health, safety, sustainability, and eco-efficiency
Complete learnership assessments, logbooks, and assignments

Requirements

Matric (NSC) with Mathematics and Science, OR
N2/N3/N4 Engineering qualification
Willingness to work onsite at Maydon Wharf Factory, Durban
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
