Key Responsibilities

Grant Administration & Customer Service

  • Assist grant applicants and beneficiaries professionally
  • Respond to grant-related enquiries
  • Perform beneficiary maintenance functions

Application Processing

  • Screen grant applications for compliance
  • Capture applications accurately on SASSA systems

Medical & Outreach Services

  • Administer medical bookings and assessments
  • Participate in off-site and outreach grant services

Records Management

  • Scan, batch, and manage grant files
  • Maintain secure and accurate records

Minimum Requirements

relevant NQF Level 6 qualification (SAQA recognised) in one of the following fields:

  • Public Administration
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Development Studies
  • Finance / Accounting
  • Commerce
  • Social Sciences
  • Social Security
