The Novartis Learnerships is a series of 12-month programmes conducted in the area of Gauteng.   • Understand the pharmaceutical supply process and recognize the role that Quality Assurance plays within it

3. Finance Learnership (Job ID: REQ-10068302)

  • Earn a bachelor’s or four-year university degree, preferably in finance or a related discipline
  • Obtain a Chartered Accountant qualification if possible, as it is preferred
  • Demonstrate a solid foundation in finance with strong familiarity in financial controlling and accounting processes
  • Apply without concern for prior work experience, as none is required
