- Greet each customer within 30 seconds of their arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide exceptional service to all customers in accordance with Crocs’ established customer service standards
- Identify each customer’s specific needs and use product knowledge to highlight features and benefits that address those needs
- Finalize purchases effectively and encourage additional sales through upselling and product recommendations
- Encourage customers to return and build lasting loyalty by creating a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Regularly track your personal sales progress throughout the day to ensure alignment with your set sales goals
- Restock footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom daily to maintain well-stocked displays

- Process deliveries by verifying quantities against invoices, tagging, hanging, pricing products, and recording them in the POS system
- Handle and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Take ownership of your own training and development
- Work with your assigned buddy during your initial period and actively learn from their guidance
- Attend all quarterly training sessions and complete the required assessments
- Request and receive monthly performance feedback from your manager
- Schedule a monthly meeting with your store manager to review your progress through the Crocs rookie pack

General Responsibilities as Sales Assistant
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all displays, shelves, and stock areas are neat and organized
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves or replenishing displays as needed
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking quantities and product conditions
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting special offers or new products
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store events to enhance customer interactions
- Support merchandising and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
