Post 1: Manager — Human Capital Management (HCM) Information
Salary: R896 436 – R1 055 958 per annum (inclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- A recognised undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operations Management, or Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Information Management at Assistant Manager level or equivalent
- Must be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage HCM information for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Monitor and ensure data quality for accurate reports.
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Oversee organisational structure and post establishment changes.
- Manage the HCM registry and ensure compliance with PFMA Section 57.

- A qualification at NQF Level 6 or 7 in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Operations Management, or Management Services
- A Job Evaluation Certificate is required
- Must be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years’ experience in Organisational Design or Work Study
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on organisational development strategies.
- Prepare and evaluate job descriptions.
- Assist in gathering information for the Human Resource Plan.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure Section 57 compliance of the PFMA.

- Offer psychosocial support to employees and their immediate families.
- Manage and promote Employee Wellness programmes.
- Develop, implement, and review wellbeing policies.
- Maintain internal support structures and ensure PFMA Section 57 compliance.
