Key Responsibilities

During the course of the programme, learners will be expected to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

Capturing information onto internal systems to ensure database accuracy.
Managing paperwork through filing and scanning where required.
Assisting with query resolution and conducting necessary follow-ups.
