MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate / equivalent
Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Computer literacy – MS Office package
Driver’s License – Code 10
Must pass Dover Test
Must be Medically Fit
Must be South African and reside within Blouberg or Musina municipality
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3 years’ experience in Stores/Materials/Logistics management
Knowledge of Contract Mining Industry
Previous experience of ERP (SAP/ Sage 300) systems; experience on Sage Materials Management system
Supervisory Training and Experience in Stores will be advantageous
Must be a team player with acceptance of diversity of all genders, cultures, and views.
Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts unconditionally as per operational requirements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
Plan and manage storage areas based on project timelines and material requirements
Monitor and maintain stock levels, including Min/Max controls
Ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of materials
Track and report material movements between Isando, suppliers, and mine stores
Resolve discrepancies and delivery issues and manage GR/IR processes
Conduct audits, stock counts, and continuous process improvements
Liaise with procurement and materials management to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports
