1. Cash Control & Accuracy

- Follow all daily cash control and banking procedures accurately.
- Process manual transactions correctly when needed.
2. Stock Management & Organisation
- Take part in daily stock handling and inventory tasks to support store operations.
- Help with customer orders and make sure they’re delivered on time.
- Perform weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom neat and organized.
- Complete shoe pairing and product checks to ensure stock accuracy.
3. Customer Service & Sales Support
- Offer a world-class shopping experience by helping customers find products that suit their style.

What You Need to Qualify

- A Matric / Grade 12 certificate (this is essential).
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience — experience in luxury or fashion retail will be a big advantage.
