Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and verify deliveries against invoices and quality standards.
Document and report variances such as returns, price deviations, and delivery discrepancies.
Issue goods based on picking lists and SOPs.
Maintain safe and clean storage areas and equipment.
Submit documentation for review and ensure accurate system capturing.
Resolve stock-related queries and investigate discrepancies.
Participate in monthly stock takes and recounts.
Maintain accurate stock control records and report obsolete items.
Uphold Tsebo’s SHEQ policies and ethical standards.
Skills and Competencies
Applies practical knowledge of work procedures.
Plans and manages tasks on a short-term basis.
Communicates effectively across the value chain.
Manages time and resources efficiently.
Qualifications
Education: Matric with Maths (Numeracy); N3 in technical studies or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance stores or inventory control; IFS system experience is advantageous.
Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, clerical administration, and strong communication in English.
Attributes: Team player, able to work under pressure, customer-focused, and organized.
