Relay Jeans is looking for a Store Manager who can set clear sales goals, plan smart strategies, and track the store’s progress to keep improving. This role is about managing everything from budgets and inventory to making sure the store follows company rules. Plus, you’ll lead and develop the team to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Driving sales by reaching store KPIs like turnover, rewards, new accounts, and store presentation.
- Controlling stock losses to keep shrinkage within company limits.
- Pushing turnover to meet sales targets.
- Making sure the team delivers excellent customer service.
- Boosting staff motivation and commitment.
- Ensuring merchandising strategies and store standards are followed.
- Scheduling team members efficiently.
- Training and developing staff skills.
- Managing recruitment, employee relations, and staff performance.
- Keeping expenses under control.
- Organizing your time to handle various tasks and priorities.
- Managing risks inside the store.
What You Need to Qualify
- A Grade 12 certificate is required.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail store management.
- Proven experience increasing sales and profits.
