CoCre8 Technology Solutions IT Service Desk Agent Learnership 2025/2026

CoCre8 Technology Solutions is inviting young, unemployed South Africans to apply for their IT Service Desk Agent Learnership Programme 2025/2026. This 12-month learnership based in Midrand, Johannesburg offers a great chance to start a career in IT support while earning a nationally recognized Technical Support NQF Level 4 qualification. The application deadline is 10 November 2025.

What Is the Learnership About?

As an IT Service Desk Agent learner, you will be part of CoCre8’s busy Service Desk team, acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and user support. Under supervision, you’ll learn how to:

  • Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot common problems
  • Log and prioritize technical incidents accurately
  • Use service desk tools to monitor and report on issues
  • Follow ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) based processes
  • Support the Service Desk Manager in delivering quality service

The program combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience to prepare you for a professional IT service role.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates must:

  • Be unemployed at the time of application
  • Hold a valid Matric certificate
  • Have passed at least two languages in Matric, with English preferred (a ‘C’ or higher is a plus)
  • Hold some IT-related certificate, diploma, or degree (this helps but may vary)
  • Be South African citizens living in Midrand or nearby areas

Desired Skills

Applicants should have:

  • A strong interest in technology and problem-solving
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • High motivation, discipline, and attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with IT tools
  • Any extra IT training or certifications will be an advantage
