As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webchat queries. You’ll assist customers with billing, SIM cards, and product-related issues—resolving queries quickly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms (calls, WhatsApp, webchat, email).
Log and update customer information accurately.
Investigate and resolve account and product issues.
Deliver friendly, consistent, and high-quality service.

Qualifications
Matric certificate
1 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Telco environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and webchat platforms
Basic understanding of retail and Telco account servicing
