Imerys Boilermaker Learnership 2025

Imerys is accepting applications for Boilermaker Learnership programme.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Adhering to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
• Following task-related SOPs and checklists at all times.
• Properly using documentation applicable to assigned tasks.
• Assisting the line manager with various tasks as outlined in objectives.
• Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Attending college classes on a 3-month block basis as scheduled by the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be aged 18-35 years and a member of a community youth group.
• Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Minimum requirement of Boilermaker N3.
• Must be medically fit (as per the Mine Health and Safety Act).
• Must complete the Mine Health and Safety Induction successfully.
• Should be self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
