The General Worker role is vital to keeping Barron’s production process running smoothly. Successful applicants will be responsible for various production and housekeeping duties, ensuring that products meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for distribution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Stock Movements
- Move stock between different work areas efficiently.
- Ensure that materials and products are correctly handled and placed in the right locations.
2. Racking and Off-Racking of Garments
- Rack garments on the auto printing machine and remove them after branding.
- Place printed garments in the tunnel dryer and make sure they are properly cured.
3. Unpacking and Packing Stock
- Unpack stock and check product quality and correctness based on the job card.
- Pack branded stock after conducting a quality check to confirm that it matches the job card instructions.
4. Cleaning Garments
- Remove threading and backing from embroidered garments using embroidery scissors to ensure a clean finish.
5. Cutting Material
- Use the cutting machine to cut materials according to provided templates.
6. Housekeeping
- Maintain equipment and work areas in good condition.
- Keep the factory floor clean and organized at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum qualification of NQF Level 3.
Job Knowledge and Experience
