What You’ll Be Doing
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide top-level support to executives and business unit leaders. This means managing daily operations, organizing meetings, arranging travel, and ensuring that your manager can focus on high-level priorities.
Your duties will include:
- Planning and scheduling your manager’s diary efficiently.
- Organizing meetings, including catering, logistics, and attendance tracking.
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinating local and international travel arrangements.
- Assisting with expense claims and monthly management reports.
- Reminding the team about key deadlines, tasks, and training sessions.
- Assisting new team members with onboarding and including them in team activities.
- Helping to organize team-building events and social gatherings.
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
You’ll also be expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
