Job Description

Carry out farm practices as directed by management and researchers.
Use and maintain farm tools and equipment.
Perform manual tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, including the use of protective clothing.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 with at least 2 years’ experience in a fruit farming environment.
Understanding of basic agricultural practices.
Knowledge of manual operation of farm equipment and machinery.
Advantageous: Experience in construction (plumbing, carpentry, building, etc.).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of health and safety procedures.
Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
