Job Purpose
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and service-driven individuals to join our expanding team. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be placed in roles such as:
- Customer Service Agent
- Betting Clerk
- Cashier
- Call Centre Agent
- General Admin Assistant
You will be the face and voice of Hollywoodbets, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all betting transactions are handled accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities (May Vary by Role)
- Assist customers with placing bets, understanding odds, and resolving queries.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate records of bets placed and payments received.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation or branch area.
- Uphold compliance with betting regulations and company policies.
- Answer phones, manage emails, or assist with online support (Call Centre roles).
- Promote responsible gambling and brand values.
- Ensure operational efficiency during peak periods, match days, or promotions.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (compulsory)
- South African ID
- Must be 18 years or older
- Clear criminal record
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Previous experience in betting, retail, customer service, or cash handling is an advantage (but not required)
