DHL Supply Chain South Africa, part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group, the world’s leading logistics and mail company, is offering an opportunity for young South Africans to join the YES 4 Youth – VW Programme.
This initiative provides unemployed youth with valuable workplace experience in supply chain and logistics, preparing them for future careers.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (with English & Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy).
- South African citizen.
- Unemployed youth between 18 – 29 years.
- BBBEE candidates only.
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08) – desirable.
- Valid Forklift/Reach Truck license – desirable.
- Certified copy of ID and Matric Certificate.
- Updated CV.
Duties
Operational Tasks
- Perform allocated loading and offloading tasks according to delivery procedures.
- Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers.
- Report and record any non-conformities with customer merchandise.
- Work within designated operating areas as directed by management.
- Adhere to safe working practices and company procedures.
Workplace Learning
- Gain knowledge of client requirements and operating procedures.
- Build skills in using warehouse equipment and report defects promptly.
- Acquire workplace knowledge for future career opportunities.
