Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring supplier quality performance and logging issues in the regional complaints system.
- Recording and tracking customer complaints using the global eQMS database.
- Overseeing product quality performance of third-party manufacturers.
- Preparing management information (MI) reports and meeting documentation.
- Tracking and recording Quality Observation Conversations (QOCs) against global standards.
- Coordinating Inter-Laboratory Correlation Program (ILCP) testing samples and compiling results.
- Managing new product introduction processes (NPI) and product changes with relevant teams.
- Distributing customer complaint samples to appropriate manufacturers.
- Tracking Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress for reported complaints.
- Monitoring audit findings and ensuring they are resolved on time.
This role requires strong coordination and reporting skills, as learners will work with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
