Responsibilities include
- Assisting customers with friendliness and professionalism.
- Handling stock control and ensuring accuracy in processes.
- Operating shop electronics (tills, scanners, card machines, etc.).
- Supporting day-to-day store operations and administration.
Requirements (Hard Skills):
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Experience in operating shop electronics (tills, scanners, card machines).
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Stock control experience and computer literacy will be advantageous.
Soft Skills:
- A positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle shift work.
