Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Hotel Security Officer (Grade A–C) to join their team in Cape Town. The role is dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property, while delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of hotel premises.
- Verify guest credentials and ensure access control procedures are followed.
- Handle guest security-related complaints and concerns professionally.
- Assist with emergencies and liaise with law enforcement when required.
- Maintain accurate logs and security incident reports.
- Support other hotel departments to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
- Provide courteous assistance and information to guests.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Valid PSIRA certificate (Grade A, B, or C)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physically fit (able to stand/walk for extended periods)
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
