About the Coca-Cola Visual Merchandiser Learnership 2025-2026
Coca-Cola is searching for candidates who would like theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on the prospective Visual Merchandiser department. The Coca-Cola Visual Merchandiser Learnership is designed to offer structured, on-the-job learning that equips participants with both practical skills and commercial knowledge. The goal of the programme is to prepare learners to effectively service customers, grow product volume, support the order-taking process, and uphold merchandising standards. Learners will gain experience in executing and monitoring visual merchandising across both direct and indirect customers within a specific geographic region.

This role involves regular interaction with various stakeholders:

  • Sales Team Members – Collaborate on daily responsibilities, share insights, and support one another in achieving sales targets and merchandising goals
  • Sales Account Developer – Receive mentorship, training, and constructive feedback on performance, product knowledge, and safety procedures. This relationship helps learners understand the full sales cycle and maintain alignment with strategic objectives
  • Consumers – Engage with consumers to better understand their preferences, behaviours, and purchasing habits. These insights play a crucial role in shaping effective sales strategies and improving product placement and visibility.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Carry out daily visits to designated bronze and tin outlets, ensuring all activities align with the planned objectives for each call
  • Apply visual merchandising standards, manage stock rotation, and set up product displays according to brand specifications
  • Maintain product quality, availability, and shelf visibility, adhering to RED and execution scorecard requirements, and complete the iRED survey as part of the process
  • Assist customers by guiding them on how to place orders using the MyCCBA platform
  • Participate in the rollout of promotional campaigns to boost brand presence in stores
  • Provide backup support when required, based on instructions from the line manager.
