The Role: Key Account Consultant (Learnership)
In this role, you will help build strong relationships with financial advisers, brokers, and other partners. You will be trained to provide support in product knowledge, industry trends, and technical skills.
You will also assist with marketing ideas, portfolio analysis, and training sessions to help grow the company’s client base.
What You Will Do
As a learnership candidate, you will:
- Get full training on Discovery products, processes, and systems.
- Assist with solving technical questions and providing accurate information to advisers.
- Handle escalated customer queries and make sure they are resolved quickly.
- Visit brokers and consultants regularly to strengthen relationships.
- Identify any trends that could affect sales and report them to senior managers.

- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office.

Education & Requirements
