About the Givaudan Engineering Apprenticeship 2025
Givaudan is searching for applicants who would like to receive practical work exposure in the fledging Engineering field through their growing apprenticeship. The Givaudan Engineering Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting essential equipment and systems at a Givaudan facility. Apprentices are expected to carry out routine repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with equipment installations. These tasks are completed under the close guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The apprenticeship is designed to build foundational technical skills while reinforcing a proactive approach to equipment care and reliability.
Participants are trained to complete their responsibilities efficiently and within established timelines to help reduce downtime and ensure smooth site operations. By learning to identify early signs of wear or malfunction, apprentices play a key role in minimizing potential disruptions to production. The Givaudan Engineering Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment; proactively address recurring issues in your area
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical systems, including motors, instrumentation, and controls
- Identify deviations and document them in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Follow all applicable regulations and guidelines, such as ATEX, GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and internal safety standards
- Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety in accordance with company standards
- Complete administrative tasks, including creating and closing work requests in the SAP maintenance system
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
